Chicken & sweetcorn flan

Instructions
- Roll out the pastry thinly and line the flan dish with it.
- Blind bake in a moderate oven for 10 minutes.
- Beat the eggs and milk together.
- When the pastry case is ready line the bottom with the chicken then the sweetcorn.
- Carefully pour over the milk and egg mixture then carefully put it back in the oven.
- Cook until the pastry is crisp and the flan is set and golden brown.
