  • garlic salt
  • 5 lb. chicken wings

Instructions

  1. Mix oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, and garlic salt in a bowl.
  2. Pour the marinade over the chicken wings in a shallow Pyrex dish, ensuring the mixture covers all the wings.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Cook the wings in the same dish covered with foil for 1 hour.
  6. Uncover the dish and turn the wings.
  7. Bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes.
