Ingredients

  • 8 boned and skinned chicken breasts
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 4 oz chipped beef
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 pint sour cream

Instructions

  1. Line the bottom of a greased casserole dish with chipped beef slices.
  2. Wrap each chicken breast with a slice of bacon and place on top of the chipped beef.
  3. Mix mushroom soup and sour cream together.
  4. Pour the mixture over the chicken breasts in the casserole.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to cook.
  6. Bake uncovered at 275°F for 3 hours.
