Ingredients

  • 4 pieces cube venison
  • 3 medium potatoes, sliced
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 1/2 stick margarine

Instructions

  1. Place the cube venison in a large Pyrex dish.
  2. Layer the sliced onions, sliced carrots, and sliced potatoes on top of the venison.
  3. Heat the cream of chicken soup with the margarine until combined.
  4. Pour the hot soup mixture over the casserole.
  5. Cover and bake at 375°F for 1 hour.
