Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • chile powder
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. flour

Instructions

  1. Brown hamburger and onion in skillet.
  2. Add chile powder (amount to taste).
  3. Put 1 cup water in hamburger, stir to mix in small bowl.
  4. Put flour in bowl.
  5. Add water to make paste and add to hamburger until desired thickness.
  6. Put over bread or boiled potatoes.
