Ingredients

  • 1 lb Velveeta, softened at room temperature
  • 1 small can chopped green chilies, drained
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

Instructions

  1. Roll out Velveeta with a rolling pin between waxed paper to about 15 x 18 inches.
  2. Spread the softened cream cheese evenly over the Velveeta.
  3. Sprinkle the drained chopped green chilies over the cream cheese.
  4. Roll up the cheese like a jelly roll, forming a compact log about the size of a round cracker.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours before serving.
