  • chili
  • cornbread batter
  • onion, chopped
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • lettuce, shredded

Instructions

  1. Pour
  2. cornbread batter into skillet or on a griddle and make pancake or fritter like fried cornbread.
  3. Place cornbread on plate.
  4. Top
  5. with chili, shredded cheese, lettuce, chopped onions and olives.
