Ingredients

  • Green Ortega chilis
  • 6 Large eggs
  • 6 tbsp. flour
  • Jack cheese
  • Salsa

Instructions

  1. Rinse off green chiles and pat dry.
  2. Separate 6 egg yolks and whites.
  3. Beat whites till fluffy (about 5 min).
  4. Add in 6 Tbsp.
  5. of flour to egg yolks, then fold into whites.
  6. Cut up Jack cheese and stuff into chiles.
  7. Dip chiles to coat with egg mix and fry till brown.
  8. Serve with salsa.
