Chili Soup For Freezer Recipe

Ingredients

  • 5 lbs. grnd beef
  • 3 med. size onions
  • 1 gal. red kidney beans
  • 2 (12 ounce.) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp. chili pwdr
  • Salt to taste
  • About 2 quarts. water

Instructions

  1. Fry grnd beef and onions till onions are clear.
  2. Drain.
  3. Add in to beans and tomatoes.
  4. Add in chili pwdr and salt.
  5. Simmer about 2 hrs.
  6. Put in qt bags and freeze.
