Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground veal
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 16 ounces boursin cheese
  • 12 vidalia onion, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 12 cups Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup minced castelvetrano green olives
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. mix all ingredients well, form into small meatballs , place on cookie sheet.
  2. cook at 400 for 30 minutes.
  3. extra can be frozen and cooked later!
