Chilli & Garlic Broccoli

- Cut the heads off the broccoli and place them to one side. Cut the leftover stems into approximately 1-1/4 inch pieces. Discard any tough ends.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add the chopped stems. Fry for approximately 3 minutes. Next, add the chilli, garlic and broccoli heads and fry for a further 2 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
