Ingredients

  • 4 chimichangas, beef or chicken or both
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 can chili, no beans
  • 8 oz. grated Mexican or Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chopped green and regular onions
  • 1 small can chopped black olives, drained
  • 1 cup salsa

Instructions

  1. Place the chimichangas in a baking dish.
  2. Heat the refried beans and chili together and pour over the chimichangas.
  3. Layer grated cheese, chopped onions, black olives, and salsa on top.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes at 450°F or until bubbly hot.
  5. Serve with sour cream and tortilla chips.
