Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. white sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 tsp. vinegar
  • 2 c. catsup
  • 1 onion, finely grated

Instructions

  1. Grate onion in food processor.
  2. Add other ingredients and beat hard until well blended.
  3. The dressing will begin to turn orange when it is blended enough.
  4. Makes 1 quart and 1 pint.
