- Preheat oven to 250F (120C).
- Blend soy sauce, vegetable oil, garlic juice, sugar, and 2 tablespoons of water until well combined.
- Stir until the sugar dissolves completely; set aside.
- Cut 3 bagels crosswise in half to form semicircles.
- Lay the bagel halves onto their cut edges and cut into 7-8 thin slices.
- Brush both sides of the slices lightly and evenly with the soy mixture, stirring the mixture frequently.
- Place the slices in a single layer on a cookie sheet.
- Bake for 45 minutes until crispy.
- Remove the bagel chips and cool on a wire rack until completely cooled.
- Store in a sealable container.
