Ingredients

  • 10 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa

Instructions

  1. Combine candied ginger, walnuts, ginger syrup, gingersnap crumbs, and melted chocolate in a mixing bowl.
  2. Form the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  3. Mix cocoa and sugar in a shallow dish.
  4. Coat each ball completely with the cocoa and sugar mixture.
  5. Wrap the coated balls and store in the refrigerator.
