Chip Beef Bread Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf round sourdough bread
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. dried parsley
  • 2 tsp. Beau Monde
  • 2 pkg. chipped beef (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp. minced onion

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients in saucepan and heat (low heat).
  2. Cut middle out of bread making a bowl.
  3. Pour mixture into bread bowl.
  4. Cut remaining bread up into cubes for dippings.
