Chip Stuffed Eggs

Ingredients

  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. parsley
  • 1/4 c. crushed potato chips
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Fry bacon crisp and crumble into small pieces.
  2. Cut eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks.
  3. Mix mashed yolks with bacon, mayonnaise, parsley and chips.
  4. Fill the egg halves and sprinkle with paprika for color.
