Ingredients

  • 8 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 8 slices bacon (optional)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 pint sour cream
  • 4 oz chipped beef

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream of mushroom soup and sour cream together and pour into a greased casserole dish.
  2. Wrap each chicken breast in chipped beef and place them in the casserole dish, burying them in the soup mixture.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to bake.
  4. Bake uncovered for 3 hours at 275°F (135°C).
