Choco-Peanut Toppers

Ingredients

  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. butter, softened
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Drop by level teaspoon onto greased cookie sheets.
  2. Flatten to 1/4-inch with a glass, greased on the bottom, then dipped in sugar.
  3. Bake at 325° for 15 to 18 minutes.
  4. Spread warm cookies with Peanut Butter Topping.
  5. Drizzle with Chocolate Glaze.
  6. Let stand until glaze is set.
  7. Makes 54 to 60 cookies.
