- Prepare a 10-inch tube pan and set aside.
- Preheat the oven to the appropriate temperature (typically around 350°F / 175°C).

- Gradually add the remaining sugar to the egg whites and continue beating until glossy and stiff.

- Fold in the sifted flour and sugar mixture carefully, avoiding deflation.

- Remove from oven and invert the pan to cool completely before removing the cake.
