Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) chocolate chips
  • 9 oz. strong coffee
  • 2 1/2 c. sweet butter
  • 2 1/4 c. sugar
  • 9 eggs

Instructions

  1. Heat 1st
  2. 4 ingredients in heavy large saucepan to 130° (using meat
  3. thermometer),
  4. stirring
  5. as it heats.
  6. Whisk in 9 eggs, one at
  7. a
  8. time.
  9. Pour
  10. into an 11-inch spring-form pan (buttered, lined with
  11. foil and buttered again).
  12. Bake at 250° for 2 hours. Cool
  13. and refrigerate.
  14. Make at least 8 hours or one full day before serving.
