Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Karo light or dark corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup heavy or whipping cream
  • 1 (8 oz.) package semi-sweet chocolate

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, stir together the corn syrup and cream.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Add the semi-sweet chocolate and stir until completely melted and smooth.
  5. Serve warm as a dip for fruit.
