Ingredients

  • 1 chocolate cake mix (fudge or tripple chocolate is best)
  • 3 eggs
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk (1 can)
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 12 ounces chocolate chips (1 package)

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 300.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, sweeten condensed milk, and eggs. Mix on high with a hand mixer for about 3-5 minutes. (The milk is so thick hand mixing would be tough).
  3. Add the cake mix to the batter. Mix until there are no clumps.
  4. Add the chocolate chips. Stir. It will be very thick.
  5. Pour the batter into a large, greased 13x9 cake pan or casserole dish.
  6. Bake for 1 hour. Check to see if the center is done. If the center still moves, bake for an additional 15 minutes. Or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Serve warm or room temperature. Can be topped with whipping cream or fruit.
