- Pre-heat the oven to 300.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, sweeten condensed milk, and eggs. Mix on high with a hand mixer for about 3-5 minutes. (The milk is so thick hand mixing would be tough).
- Add the cake mix to the batter. Mix until there are no clumps.
- Add the chocolate chips. Stir. It will be very thick.
- Pour the batter into a large, greased 13x9 cake pan or casserole dish.
- Bake for 1 hour. Check to see if the center is done. If the center still moves, bake for an additional 15 minutes. Or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Serve warm or room temperature. Can be topped with whipping cream or fruit.
