Ingredients

  • 1 egg white, beaten with 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. whipped cream, beaten with 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 c. chopped nuts
  • 1/2 c. chocolate chips, melted

Instructions

  1. Fold egg white mixture into whipped cream mixture.
  2. Add vanilla and mix well.
  3. Put in Pyrex dish and freeze for 45 minutes.
  4. Add chocolate chips; mix well and then add nuts.
  5. Place mixture into paper muffin tins and freeze.
  6. Makes approximately 7.
