Ingredients

  • 1 box Duncan Hines cake mix
  • 2 (3 3/8 oz.) instant chocolate pudding mixes
  • 1 (8 oz.) Kahlua liquor

Instructions

  1. Bake the cake according to the directions on the box.
  2. Let the cake cool completely, then crumble it into pieces.
  3. Add Kahlua to the crumbled cake and set aside.
  4. Make the pudding with 3 cups of milk instead of the required 4 cups; chill.
  5. In a deep glass bowl, layer half of the crumbled cake and Kahlua mixture.
  6. Add half of the pudding and half of the Cool Whip on top.
  7. Repeat the layers with the remaining crumbled cake, pudding, and Cool Whip.
  8. Top off with crushed candy bars.
  9. Ensure each layer of Cool Whip is topped with a candy bar for decoration.
