Chop Stick Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken or 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 can Chinese noodles
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 can water or broth

Instructions

  1. Put layer of noodles in casserole.
  2. Arrange chicken on noodles.
  3. Follow with celery and onions.
  4. Cover with soup mixture, then rest of noodles.
  5. Bake at 350° for approximately 30 minutes. Longer if refrigerated.
