Ingredients

  • 1 lb. chopped meat
  • 2 medium onions
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 c. tomatoes, drained
  • red pepper
  • garlic

Instructions

  1. Brown potatoes and onions in small amount of oil, adding salt and black pepper to taste.
  2. Add a dash of ground hot red pepper and clove of garlic.
  3. Add tomatoes and meat last of all.
  4. Heat for 10 minutes and then serve.
