Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz.) can frozen orange juice or 1 qt. Tropicana
  • 32 oz. ginger ale
  • pineapple bits
  • frozen strawberries
  • 1 qt. Constant Comment tea
  • 1 qt. plain water
  • ice ring

Instructions

  1. In a large punch bowl, combine the frozen orange juice (or 1 qt. Tropicana) with 32 oz. ginger ale. Add pineapple bits and frozen strawberries. Pour in 1 qt. Constant Comment tea and 1 qt. plain water. Stir gently to mix all flavors. Place an ice ring in the center of the bowl to keep the punch chilled. Serve immediately over ice.
  2. Optional: Garnish with fresh fruit slices or mint leaves if desired. Enjoy!

Tips & Substitutions

For a more vibrant flavor, consider using fresh orange juice instead of frozen. You can also substitute ginger ale with lemon-lime soda for a different taste. If you prefer a less sweet punch, reduce the amount of orange juice or add more Constant Comment tea. To enhance the fruitiness, add other berries or citrus fruits to the mix.

Serving Suggestions

Serve this vibrant punch in a large bowl at parties, or in individual glasses for a festive touch. It pairs beautifully with finger foods such as appetizers or light salads. For an extra touch, garnish each glass with fresh fruit slices or mint leaves, adding a pop of color and flavor.

Storage & Reheating

Store any leftover punch in the refrigerator in a covered container for up to 2 days. Avoid freezing, as the carbonation from the ginger ale may affect the texture. If the punch loses its fizz, you can revive it slightly by adding a splash of fresh ginger ale before serving again.
