Ingredients

  • 2 to 4 lb. roast
  • 1 pkg. Lipton soup mix
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can water

Instructions

  1. Place a large piece of aluminum foil in a pan with at least 1-inch sides.
  2. Put the 2 to 4 lb. chuck or shoulder roast in the foil-lined pan.
  3. Sprinkle the Lipton soup mix over the roast.
  4. Pour the can of mushroom soup and water on top of the roast.
  5. Seal the foil well around the roast.
  6. Cook in a 425°F oven for 2 hours.
