Ingredients

  • 3 medium tomatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 large jalapeno
  • 2 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 can diced hot green chiles
  • 1/3 bunch cilantro
  • 2 dash sugar
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Dice onion, tomatoes, peppers and jalapeno and place in a large bowl
  2. Open all cans and pour the green chiles into bowl and one full can of tomatoes.
  3. Drain juice from the remaining can into the bowl for desired consistencyof salsa then drain the rest out in the sink and dump the tomatoes in the bowl.
  4. Add sugar, salt, chile powder and minced cilantro into bowl and mix until fully dissolved.
