Ingredients

  • 1 c. finely chopped cucumber
  • 1/4 c. thinly sliced green pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. thinly sliced green onion
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped canned pimiento
  • 1/4 c. thinly sliced radish
  • 1 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
  • 1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine chopped cucumber, green pepper, radish, green onion and pimiento.
  2. Stir in dairy sour cream, mayonnaise or salad dressing, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Chill thoroughly.
  5. Makes about 3 cups.
