Ingredients

  • 8 beaten eggs
  • 1 scant qt. milk
  • 1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard
  • white bread with crusts removed

Instructions

  1. Cut bread into 1-inch squares and cover bottom of 6 x 9-inch cake pan.
  2. Mix ingredients (minus bread) and pour over bread squares.
  3. Bake in 350° oven for 20 minutes, or until center is dry.
