Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 c. white wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 Tbsp. chutney
  • 2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/3 to 1/2 c. olive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, white wine vinegar, garlic, chutney, and dry mustard in a food processor.
  2. While processing, gradually add olive oil until the dressing is emulsified and smooth.
