Ingredients

  • 2 apples (unpared)
  • 1 c. apple cider

Instructions

  1. Quarter and core the apples.
  2. Puree a few quarters in the blender, along with the cider for about 10 seconds.
  3. Serve iced. Makes 2 to 3 servings.
