Cider Cranberry Mold

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. apple cider
  • 1 1/2 c. cranberry juice
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. red Jell-O
  • 1/2 c. water

Instructions

  1. Bring cider and water to boil in small saucepan.
  2. Dissolve gelatin completely in boiling liquid in large bowl.
  3. Stir in cranberry juice.
  4. Pour into 5-cup ring mold.
  5. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
  6. Remove from mold.
  7. Makes 3 1/2 cups or 6 to 8 servings.
