Cinnamon Braid

Instructions
- Combine 1 1/2 cups flour, 1/4 cup sugar, salt and yeast.
- Heat milk, water and 1 cup margarine to 120° to 130°.
- Add yolks and 1/2 cup flour.
- Beat on high for 2 minutes.
- Stir in more flour to make stiff batter.
- Cover bowl tightly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Combine the last 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon.
- Turn dough out on floured board and roll into six ropes (18-inches long).
- Braid three ropes together.
- Seal ends firmly.
- Place on greased baking sheet.
- Do the last three ropes.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Cover and let rise until double (about 1 hour).
- Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
