Cinnamon Breadsticks

Ingredients

  • 4 slices bread
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 Tbsp. skim milk
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 3/4 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Remove crusts from bread and brush both sides of bread slices with oil and milk. Cut each slice into 6 equal strips. Roll strips in mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Toast on cookie sheet in oven at 350° for 10 minutes or until crisp.
