Ingredients

  • 1 frying chicken, cut up
  • 1/2 cup dry Sherry wine
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
