Instructions

  1. Put oil in a pan and heat it.
  2. Add chicken livers, chopped onions, ground thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper to the pan. Cook until livers are browned and onions are soft.
  3. Once cooked, grind up the livers in the pan or transfer to a blender and process until smooth.
