Ingredients

  • 16 oz. carton Dannon nonfat yogurt
  • 7 oz. jar Kraft marshmallow cream
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Prepare yogurt by straining to sour cream consistency, which takes approximately 2 hours.
  2. Place yogurt in a strainer lined with a coffee filter, plain paper towel, or cheesecloth.
  3. Place a bowl underneath to catch the draining liquid.
  4. Refrigerate while straining.
  5. Blend the strained yogurt, marshmallow cream, and cinnamon well using a blender or electric mixer.
  6. Refrigerate until served.
  7. Serve with assorted fresh fruit.
