Ingredients

  • 4 calorie watcher fish fillets
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 3 tablespoons evaporated milk

Instructions

  1. Combine Parmesan cheese, Italian bread crumbs, black pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
  2. Dip frozen fish fillets into evaporated milk.
  3. Coat the fish fillets with the cheese-bread crumb mixture.
  4. Place the coated fillets in a baking dish and cover with foil.
  5. Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes.
  6. Remove foil and continue baking for approximately 10 minutes or until the fish is easily pierced with a fork.
  7. Serve immediately while hot.
