Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups Bisquick
  • 2/3 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Mix Bisquick and milk until dough forms.
  2. Beat the mixture for 30 seconds.
  3. If too sticky, gradually mix in up to 1/4 cup additional Bisquick until easy to handle.
  4. Turn dough onto a surface dusted with Bisquick and coat with more Bisquick.
  5. Shape the dough into a ball and knead 10 times. Roll to a 1/4-inch thick rectangle.
  6. Spread with 3 tablespoons melted butter.
  7. Sprinkle with a mixture of 1/2 cup sugar and 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon.
  8. Roll the dough like a jelly roll and cut into 1-inch slices.
  9. Bake on a greased pan for 20 minutes.
