- 2 1/4 cups Bisquick
- 2/3 cup milk ⓘ
Instructions
- Mix Bisquick and milk until dough forms.
- Beat the mixture for 30 seconds.
- If too sticky, gradually mix in up to 1/4 cup additional Bisquick until easy to handle.
- Turn dough onto a surface dusted with Bisquick and coat with more Bisquick.
- Shape the dough into a ball and knead 10 times. Roll to a 1/4-inch thick rectangle.
- Spread with 3 tablespoons melted butter.
- Sprinkle with a mixture of 1/2 cup sugar and 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon.
- Roll the dough like a jelly roll and cut into 1-inch slices.
- Bake on a greased pan for 20 minutes.
