Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 5 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. yellow, spicy brown or Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. sweet relish (optional)
  • Paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice the eggs in half and carefully remove the yolks into a small mixing bowl.
  2. Mash the yolks with a fork until smooth.
  3. Stir in the mayonnaise, mustard, sweet relish (if using), and salt, then mix until creamy.
  4. Spoon the yolk mixture into the hollows in the egg whites.
  5. Sprinkle with paprika for color if desired.
