Ingredients

  • Peanut Butter and Jam
  • 1 cup Peanuts
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Juice half a lemon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. -To make the peanut butter: in the bowl of a food processor, combine the peanuts, salt and sugar on high speed. Pulse for 10-15 seconds until desired smoothness is reached.
  2. -To make the jam: first chop the strawberries into small pieces. In a small sauce pan, combine the the strawberries, sugar, lemon and salt. Allow to cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
