Cobb Salad Rolls

- 48 each fresh chives, cut into 6-1/4- to 7-inch (16-to 18-cm) lengths ⓘ
- 6 each hard-cooked eggs, each cut into 8 wedges ⓘ

- 48 sticks cucumbers, cut into 1-1/2x1/4 x1/4 inch (4x1x1-cm) sticks ⓘ
- 3 each tomatoes, seeded, each cut into 16 wedges Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09 ⓘ
- 48 strips grilled boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-1/2x1/4x1/4-inch (4x1x1-cm) strips ⓘ
- 48 each large Boston lettuce leaves ⓘ
- 1-1/2 cups Pure Kraft Refrigerated Asiago Caesar Dressing ⓘ
Instructions
- Blanch chives in boiling water 10 sec.
- ; drain, then immediately submerge in bowl of ice water.
- Drain and pat dry.
- Place 1 piece each egg, bacon, avocado, cucumber, tomato and chicken on centre of each lettuce leaf; fold in both sides of leaf, then roll up.
- Tie closed with chive piece; trim ends of chive.
- For each serving: Plate 2 salad rolls.
- Serve with 1 Tbsp.
- (15 mL) dressing for dipping.
