Cocoa Drops(Microwave)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. cocoa
  • 1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 3 c. quick-cooking oats

Instructions

  1. In a glass bowl, microwave milk and margarine for 45 seconds. Add sugar and cocoa.
  2. Stir until thoroughly mixed.
  3. Microwave for 3 minutes or until just boiling.
  4. Cool 1 minute.
  5. Blend in peanut butter, vanilla and salt.
  6. Stir in oats.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Drop from teaspoon onto waxed paper and chill until firm.
  9. Yields 4 dozen.
