Blueberry Buttermilk Biscuit Bake

Ingredients

  • 4 Tablespoons Butter, Divided
  • 5 Tablespoons Brown Sugar, Divided
  • 1 package (16 Oz. Size) Buttermilk Grands
  • 1-1/2 cup Fresh Or Frozen (thawed) Blueberries
  • 1/4 cups Chopped Pecans
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1-1/2 Tablespoon Flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Melt half of the butter with 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and pour into the bottom of your baking dish. Place the buttermilk biscuits on top of the melted mixture. Cover the biscuits with all of the blueberries and spread them out evenly.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the remaining butter (softened), the remaining brown sugar, the pecans, cinnamon and flour. Squish it all together with your hands until lumpy and crumbly. Distribute it evenly on top of the biscuits.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
