Ingredients

  • 1 white cake mix
  • 1/2 cup cream of coconut
  • Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Mix and bake the cake mix as directed on the box.
  2. Take the cake out of the oven and punch holes all over it while hot, using a fork.
  3. Pour cream of coconut over the hot cake, allowing it to soak in.
  4. Let the cake cool completely, then spread Cool Whip evenly on top at room temperature.
  5. Sprinkle shredded coconut on top of the Cool Whip for garnish.
