Coconut Cream Eggs(Easter)

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 lb. powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Cream the cheese and margarine very well.
  2. Add coconut and mix thoroughly.
  3. Add sugar and mix by hand until creamed well.
  4. Shape into eggs and refrigerate overnight.
