Ingredients

  • 2 cooked pie shells
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 5 or 6 eggs
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  3. Add milk gradually, a small amount at a time, while stirring until the mixture is thin.
  4. Then add the rest of the milk.
  5. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick.
